Silvia Aronson is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Body Psychotherapist, specializing in the deep connection between mind, body, and emotions. Shannon del Prado was elected to Council Seat 3 in 2020 and re-elected in 2024. She is a lawyer and a founding partner at Pita Weber Del Prado, where she continues to practice. In 2016-2017, Councilmember Del Prado served as the President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association - the first woman in over 30 years to hold that title and the first Hispanic woman in the organization’s history. Before becoming a lawyer, she served at the U.S. Department of Justice where she worked on police
force professionalization in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ken Fairman was elected, without opposition, to Seat At-Large in 2022. He is from Sharon, Pennsylvania, and lived his teenage years in Raleigh, North Carolina, before moving to Miami in 1986. He has lived in Pinecrest since 1992 with his wife Kim, whom he met at Wake Forest University. Together they raised two children, Lauren and William, who attended public schools. Councilmember Fairman is co-founder and president of Florida Pavement Services, Inc. He has served as a Director for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and as an appointed member of the Village’s Zoning Board. Ken volunteered with community-based youth sports programs for 20 years, coaching soccer and baseball. During that time, he served multiple terms as President and Executive Board member of Howard Palmetto, our local community baseball league. Dorcas Mateu González has dedicated 27 years to raising and advocating for her
three neurodistinct sons, navigating complex healthcare systems, therapies, and
education to secure essential resources. Her firsthand experience fueled her passion
for creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Beyond her role as a mother, Dorcas developed an employment program at Baptist
Health for neurodistinct students, leading to long-term job placements. As a board
member of The DeMoya Foundation, she continues championing disability
employment and inclusion. A passionate leader, she has also raised over half a
million dollars for the Child Development Center and empowers mothers of
neurodistinct children through mentorship and advocacy.

Abraham Ros De la Fuente / International Speaker: a 45-year-old Spaniard with autism (ASD), studied network security at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) from 1999 to 2003. In 2020, he earned a Diploma in Marketing from Anahuac University in Guadalajara. That same year, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for his humanitarian work advocating for individuals with ASD and their human rights, a recognition granted by UCAM and Panamerican University. He also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2020 and has been pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology at UAB since 2021. Additionally, in 2024, he received certifications in inclusive service competencies for individuals with disabilities and competencies in training human capital, issued by the University of Aguascalientes and endorsed by SEP and CONOCER.

In 2019, he co-founded OTEA Autismo in Mexico, where he serves as an activist and psychologist, dedicated to promoting inclusion, awareness, and support for individuals with ASD.
